Job Description

As a Program Manager at Google, you will be leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves planning requirements, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects may span multiple offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate stakeholders and keep them informed about progress and deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and execute processes for timely, cost-effective procurement, collaborating closely with suppliers/partners and internal cross-functional teams. - Conceptualize and develop capabilities in spend analytics, utilizing advanced data analytics skills to drive executive alignment and operational efficiency. - Drive cost productivity improvements through price negotiations, secondary sourcing, and procurement process enhancements. - Engage in sourcing and escalation activities with Suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for price, lead-time, or shortage issues. - Drive timely Request for Quotation (RFQ), release of orders, material delivery to the hub, root cause analysis for late deliveries, and invoice resolution. - Continuously improve planning root causes and analysis, as well as Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) investigation. - Ensure enhancements in material delivery metrics, past due orders, shortage management, invoicing, and supplier management. - Establish cross-functional program management setups for suppliers and procurement execution with internal and external stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Program Management, Materials Management (Materials Requirement Planning). - 2 years of experience in supply chain, materials, and inventory management. - 2 years of experience in Program/Project Management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines or Master's/MBA with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management. - Experience with sheets/spreadsheet software, SQL, and scripting. - Experience in forecasting, planning, supply chain, and implementing process improvements. - Experience in interacting with technical and non-technical groups across all organizational levels. - Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills. - Passion for automation and process improvements.,
