Job Description

Brief about the role :

Key Responsibility: Design, Development & Distribution Strategy

Enhancement of customer value proposition
Tracking the usage of existing benefits and continuous improvement in the same
Competition benchmarking to ensure Yes Premia proposition is at par or better than similar offerings in the market
Understanding trends in customer expectations/needs through primary and secondary research
Introduction of new value propositions based benchmarking, research, cost analysis
Work with product providers across the group to keep providing best in class benefits to Yes Premia Customer
Design initiatives to increase activation and cross sell
Debit card POS/e-comm and ATM usage
Online banking – login creation and transactions
Mobile banking – downloads and transactions
Bill pay – bill pay registration and payments
Work with product providers to design value proposition of identified segments – rates, fee waivers, offers etc. and work on increasing penetration across products
Distribution Strategy
Drive Yes Premia across all channels in the bank with enhanced channel engagement
Create, design & execute all sales R&R
Work with channel partners to ensure complete understanding of the program benefits
Design and launch certification programs across channels
Identify , evaluate and activate new channel opportunities for program sourcing
Ensure CIB growth and portfolio actions on the YES Premia Book
