Position : Program Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid preferred, Remote possible)
Duration: 3 months Internship (with potential extension)
Start Date: [1 July]
Stipend: 10-15K, Depending on the profile

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Program Manager (Intern) who can act as the voice of CareVego and build their VOC (Voice of Customer Program) . You will be responsible for reaching out to past customers, engaging new inquiries, understanding and resolving product-related issues, and building a positive post-purchase experience.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and eager to learn the nuances of healthcare communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Call and engage with recent and past customers to gather feedback, upsell relevant products, and offer usage tips.
  • Follow up on pending queries, delivery issues, and product usage concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Inquiry Management & Issue Resolution
  • Respond to incoming product inquiries from WhatsApp, email, Amazon messages, and D2C website.
  • Record and categorize customer issues, troubleshoot first-level concerns, and escalate complex queries where required.
  • Feedback Loop for Product Improvement
  • Document recurring customer pain points or product feedback and share weekly summaries with the founding and operations team.
  • Maintain a structured feedback tracker, tagging inputs into themes such as quality, delivery, usage confusion, or new feature suggestions.
  • Post-Purchase Engagement
  • Drive NPS, unboxing experience calls, and educate customers on best use (e.g., how to freeze and rotate ice packs for insulin cases).
  • Contribute to crafting empathetic, helpful WhatsApp/email replies and voice scripts for common questions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a bonus)
  • Warm, empathetic approach to customer conversations
  • Ability to listen deeply, document clearly, and act on feedback
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, basic CRM (training will be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership over follow-ups
  • Bonus: Background in nutrition, healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness communication

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
