Description

This role typically serves as an entry to mid-level position in L&D program management, focusing on executing and managing learning initiatives while building relationships with key stakeholders.Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & ManagementDesign and implement learning programs aligned with organizational goalsManage program schedules, budgets, and resourcesTrack program metrics and KPIsEnsure program quality and consistencyStakeholder ManagementPartner with business units to identify training needsCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs)Coordinate with instructional designers and facilitatorsMaintain relationships with vendors and external partnersContent & DeliveryOversee development of training materialsCoordinate both in-person and virtual training deliveryEnsure content meets quality standardsManage learning management system (LMS) contentProject ManagementLead multiple learning initiatives simsimultaneouslyCreate and maintain project timelinesManage risks and issuesRegular reporting on project status

Required Skills

2-4 years of L&D experienceStrong project management capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsBasic understanding of adult learning principlesProficiency with LMS and common learning technologiesExperience with data analysis and reportingStrong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs degree in related field (Education, HR, Business)Project Management certification (preferred)L&D certifications (beneficial)Experience with instructional design methodologies

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor&aposs degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
