Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Investor Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly notes for internal and external investors with accuracy and clarity. Assist in preparing flash reports distributed to investors monthly & prepare comprehensive Board Decks on a monthly basis. 2. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and fundraising activities. Provide analytical support for various financial scenarios and projections. 3. Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing documentation and supporting due diligence processes. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and present fundraising strategies and materials. 4. Internal Coordination: Track and control the execution plan for the internal model team. Coordinate with key members across various departments to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on financial and strategic goals. 5. Investor Communication: Help organize and prepare investor decks on a monthly basis, ensuring all materials are current and accurately reflect the company's financial status and strategic direction. Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate information as needed.
