Program Manager - Distribution

As a Distribution Manager in Emerging Markets, your role focuses on increasing distribution width and depth to drive acquisitions, revenues, and enhance channel satisfaction levels. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting teams to ensure gross additions through efficient rural expansion despite challenging conditions - Evangelizing new town roll outs to boost business growth and identify new market opportunities - Driving distributor and retailer investment for market expansion and maintaining stock levels - Identifying tools to enhance sales team efficiencies and productivity - Implementing innovative go-to-market strategies for continuous market expansion and capture - Collaborating with the network team to enhance mobile network in the markets You should possess the following skills: - Excellence in execution - Collaboration with large teams - Data analysis and insights generation - Consultation, facilitation, and selling skills - Enterprising mindset and stakeholder convincing abilities - Basic computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel Your educational qualifications should include a full-time graduate degree, preferably an MBA or PGDM.
