Program Manager Customer Relation & Retention

As a Program Manager for Customer Relation & Retention at a digital-first health brand, you will play a key role in driving performance and building a highly impactful creator & affiliate program in the wellness industry. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for owning the affiliate P&L end-to-end, including managing revenue, commissions, costs, retention, and ROI. Your main focus will be on building a high-conversion sales engine by collaborating with influencers, creators, agencies, and partners. Additionally, you will oversee the entire funnel from outreach and deal structuring to tracking and retention. Your efforts will be geared towards running partnerships that drive real sales rather than just reach.
