On one side you have over a million college graduates every year with barely 5% employability rates and on the other side, there are thousands of companies struggling to find talent Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through its personalised learning platform We are building an online Institute and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates, We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIMs, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, Microsoft among others On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CREDs Kunal Shah, Flipkarts Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaans Sujeet Kumar among others, About The Role We are looking for a dynamic Program Intern to join our team This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a particular emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and setting up scalable, long-term processes This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our academic operations and delivering exceptional learning experiences, Responsibilities Support cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, academics, and operations, Gain firsthand exposure to 0-to-1 program launches, understanding what it takes to build and scale new educational offerings, Work closely with multiple teams and take ownership of specific execution areas, contributing directly to program success, Be encouraged to learn by doing?this is a hands-on role designed for those who arent afraid to roll up their sleeves, Required Skills And Qualifications Currently in final year of undergraduate studies, or a recent graduate, Prior internship experience preferred, Experience working in college teams or student-led initiatives is a plus,
