Program Head in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for program implementation across 13 districts and 6 states with the support of project heads and cluster coordinators.
• Planning and designing the programme, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
• Defining the programme's governance arrangements
• Managing the programme's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses
• Ensuring the delivery of the project is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, by the programme plan
• Managing communications with the partners periodically.
• Identify potential risks and take proactive action to avoid, mitigate, or control the risk.
• Reporting the programme's progress regularly to the senior management of Access Livelihoods.
• Ensure effective coordination among Project Heads, subject matter experts, and other project staff.
• Research and innovate to implement the program effectively and achieve intended outcomes.
• Offer need-based support to strengthen other programs in the organisation.
• Contribute significantly to the resource mobilisation and growth of the organisation.
