Program Coordinator - Training Programs

As an Educational Training Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting training programs tailored for Parents, Teachers, Students, and Working Professionals. Your role will involve coordinating program activities, ensuring seamless delivery of both online and offline training sessions, and fostering community engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage training programs for different participant categories such as Parents, Teachers, Students, and Professionals. - Identify and onboard participants for upcoming training sessions. - Serve as the central point of contact for trainers, participants, and the organization. - Assist in the planning, scheduling, and organization of training activities. - Support trainers by providing program materials, facilitating communication, and managing logistics. - Maintain accurate participant records and monitor program progress. - Promote training sessions through effective outreach and networking strategies. - Provide constructive feedback to enhance program quality and participant engagement. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for an educational background. - Prior teaching experience in any subject is preferred but not mandatory. - Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities. - Comfortable working remotely and proficient in utilizing online tools and platforms. - Demonstrated passion for training, education, and skill development.
