About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Program Coordinator to manage and support our training programs designed for Parents, Teachers, Students, and Working Professionals. This role is ideal for individuals with a teaching background who are passionate about education, training, and community engagement.

As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee program execution, coordinate with participants, and ensure smooth delivery of online and offline training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training programs for various categories (Parents, Teachers, Students, and Professionals).
• Identify and onboard participants for training sessions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between trainers, participants, and the organization.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training activities.
• Support trainers with program materials, communication, and logistics.
• Maintain participant records and track program progress.
• Promote training sessions through outreach and networking.
• Provide feedback to improve program quality and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Teaching experience in any subject (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and using online tools/platforms.
• Passionate about training, education, and skill development.
