Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Coordinator located in Noida. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various ophthalmology programs, including project management, program development, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing the execution of program activities, maintaining customer service standards, and monitoring program progress to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.

• Program Management and Project Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Program Development & Clinical Optometry
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
