Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated program coordinator intern with good English proficiency (spoken) to join our dynamic team! As a program coordinator intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the event management industry.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in planning and executing company events, including coordinating logistics and managing event timelines.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including overseeing set-up, registration, and attendee engagement.
  • Assist in creating event materials such as invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event goals and objectives are met.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
