Program Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team who can efficiently plan, execute, and monitor our programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of program planning, implementation, and monitoring
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Organize events, workshops, and training sessions
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Prepare budgets and track expenses
• Collect and analyze data for program evaluation
• Provide timely updates to management
• Ensure smooth communication within the team
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Preferred Skills (A Plus):
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Experience in report writing (in both Hindi And English
• Experience in the NGO or development sector

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
