Program Associate - Communications

As a Communication Associate at iTeach, your role is crucial in streamlining communication across all four sub-verticals of the College To Career (C2C) program to the alumni, designing and executing branding and marketing strategies for C2C programs, and ensuring effective program reach to the student community. You will be responsible for: - Building Engagement in iTeach Alumni Community - Designing and running impactful marketing campaigns for C2C work - Providing support in organizing and promoting events, both online and offline - Managing the social media page effectively and regularly to engage alumni - Building a Brand of College To Career Program - Managing College To Career World's digital presence (social media, website, newsletter) to grow reach and effectiveness - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to create content for social media, donor reports, blogs, newsletter - Ideating and researching initiatives to build brand awareness and engage stakeholders - Website Management - Managing the College To Career World (C2Cs) website end-to-end - Creatively developing the website and presenting all of C2Cs work there - Making the website engaging for the alumni community Qualifications: - Required: Bachelor's degree with strong performance - Preferred: 2+ years of relevant work experience - Preferred: Experience in leading social media marketing campaigns Requirements: - Willingness to travel within the city - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work independently - Eagerness to learn new skills - Enjoyment in interacting with people and understanding their stories - Passion for creativity and event participation Join iTeach in its mission to provide holistic support to first-generation college-goers and make a significant difference in the lives of disadvantaged students in Pune and Navi Mumbai.,
