Program Associate

The Program Associate will be responsible for conducting classes and overseeing academic tasks for 6-8 batches. Your role will involve teaching, inspiring, resolving doubts, and motivating students to reach their learning objectives. Key responsibilities include the following: - Classroom Teaching and Management - Conducting offline classes and preparing presentation slides in advance - Teaching students for approximately 20 hours per week - Explaining concepts in a creative and engaging manner using real-life examples - Monitoring students" progress, classwork, and homework to ensure they are on track to achieve their learning goals - Encouraging self-discipline and punctuality in the Avanti Classroom - Mentoring, Career Guidance, and Academic Support - Establishing strong relationships with students through one-on-one interaction sessions - Assisting students in overcoming academic and personal challenges - Collaborating with students to break down academic workloads into manageable goals and tracking their progress - Reviewing students" test scores and classroom performance regularly and providing improvement suggestions - Guiding students in shaping their career paths based on their interests Requirements: - Education: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech - Skills: Subject matter expertise in Physics/Chemistry/Maths/Biology for Class XI and XII - Interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Access to a quiet room for conducting classes - Basic computer software proficiency and a laptop with stable internet connection - Previous teaching experience is a bonus - Personality traits: Genuine concern for education, empathy towards students from low-income backgrounds, ability to inspire and motivate students, and a passion for teaching in the Education Sector Food and accommodation will be provided.
