You are invited to apply for the Faculty Positions in Management Courses at SVKMs Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Deemed to be University, a leading institution in professional education. **Role Overview:** As a Professor at NMIMS, you will be expected to meet the following qualifying criteria: - Hold a Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / relevant discipline. - Have a minimum of 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - Attain a minimum Research Score of 120. - Successfully guide at least 2 doctoral candidates. - Possess 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years at the level of Associate Professor. - Alternatively, candidates from industry must hold a Ph.D. and have significant professional work experience equivalent to a Ph.D., along with 10-15 years of managerial experience at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate. - Show evidence of published work in high-quality research publications, including books, Research Periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and filed patents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hold a Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / relevant discipline. - Demonstrate a minimum of 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - Achieve a minimum Research Score of 75. - Accumulate at least 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry, with a minimum of 3 years post Ph.D. experience. - Alternatively, candidates from industry must have a Ph.D. and significant professional work experience equivalent to a Ph.D., along with 8 years of managerial experience at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate. - Engage actively in research and contribute to published work in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals, including books, Research Periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patents filed. **Qualification Required:** - Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / relevant discipline. - Possess a minimum of 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - Alternatively, hold a First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary. - Desirable conditions include a Ph.D. with 2 years of experience and presentation of at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies. - Showcase published work in various forms such as books, Research Periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and filed patents.,
