Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students at

  Ph.D., postgraduate (M.A./M.Sc.), and undergraduate (B.A./B.Sc.) levels

  .
• Develop and continuously improve curriculum to reflect contemporary advancements in Psychology.
• Conduct research and publish in reputed

  Scopus-indexed

  or

  peer-reviewed journals

  .
• Guide and supervise research scholars;

  at least one Ph.D. must be awarded

  under your mentorship.
• Contribute to academic development, institutional planning, and funded research proposals.
• Organize/participate in academic seminars, workshops, and professional development activities.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Psychology (any specialization).
• Minimum

  7 years of teaching experience

  at a recognized university or institution.

• At least 10 publications

  in Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed journal
• Successfully guided

  at least one awarded Ph.D. scholar

  .
• Excellent teaching, communication, and leadership skills.
  

Desirable Attributes:

• Specialization in areas such as Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Cognitive Psychology, or Organizational Psychology.
• Experience with blended or experiential learning methods.
• Interdisciplinary research involvement or consultancy work.
• Participation in mental health initiatives, research projects, or academic collaborations.
