Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic delivery, curriculum planning, and quality assurance in line with PCI guidelines.
• Mentor faculty and students in research, publications, and innovative teaching practices.
• Guide postgraduate and doctoral research projects.
• Coordinate with IQAC, R&D, and Examination departments for academic excellence.
• Contribute to institutional growth through consultancy, collaborations, and industry partnerships.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy with a first-class degree at B.Pharm or M.Pharm level (mandatory).

Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, out of which at least 5 years must be as an Associate Professor.

• Proven research record with publications in reputed journals and involvement in funded projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• PCI registration and compliance required.
