Professor of Marketing

You will be responsible for teaching and examining courses in the Postgraduate MBA in Marketing program. This includes delivering lectures, seminars, tutorials, coursework, and providing personal supervision to students. You will develop and teach courses in various areas of Marketing such as Sales & Distribution, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital & Social Media Marketing, B2B Marketing, Service Marketing Management, Product & Retail Management, and Marketing Analytics. Additionally, you will offer pastoral support to students and contribute to curriculum development. Your role will involve taking a leading role in developing teaching methods and assessments, enhancing the quality of teaching within the field, and engaging in innovative approaches to learning and teaching. You are expected to publish high-quality research in leading marketing journals, participate in departmental, college, and university-level committees, and actively promote the growth of the Institute. As part of your responsibilities, you will perform administrative duties as assigned by the Department Chair. Effective communication, both orally and in written form, is essential for this position. Minimum Qualifications: - MBA in Marketing from a recognized university - Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and outcome assessment - Experience in teaching Marketing at postgraduate or undergraduate levels - Proficiency in computer skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Excellent interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: - Cleared Ph.D. - Experience with strong research and publication potential - Professional experience and certification in areas such as Digital Marketing are advantageous Expected Skills: - Teaching aptitude - Communication skills - Public speaking skills - In-depth knowledge of the subject matter - Ability to explain concepts clearly to students - Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications Experience: - Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level Contact Details: Rinkal Kothiya H.R.
