Role & responsibilities Participate and execute the responsibilities in various inspections at the State Nursing Council level, INC level and any other relevant regulatory bodies Liaison with the hospitals as per the guidelines of INC and ensuring compliance w.r.t. the student curriculum requirements Teaching and Mentoring: Delivering lectures, seminars, and clinical training sessions to nursing students. Curriculum Development: Participating in the development, review, and revision of nursing curricula. Research: Conducting and publishing research in the nursing field, including supervising student research projects. Clinical Supervision: Supervising and evaluating student clinical practice experiences. Assessment: Evaluating and grading student work, including assignments, tests, and clinical performance. Academic Advising: Providing academic advising and support to students. Professional Development: Staying updated on current nursing practices and research through ongoing professional development. Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain a dynamic and innovative curriculum. Community Engagement: Participating in community activities and initiatives related to nursing. Recognize the need for continuous education for self and staff and provides stimuli of opportunities for such development Perform other duties as assigned by the university from time to time. Preferred candidate profile PhD in Nursing from INC recognized Universities with 15 years of experience after M.Sc. Nursing Specialties : Medical Surgical Nursing / Psychiatric Nursing / OBG Nursing / Pediatric Nursing
