Who We’re Looking For:

Academic Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Economics, Psychology, or Journalism & Mass Communication
• Prior degrees (B.A. and M.A.) in the relevant domain

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of academic or research experience
• At least 5 years post-Ph.D. in a senior academic or research role
• Proven record of 10+ publications in reputed, peer-reviewed journals
• Experience in mentoring, curriculum development, and academic leadership

Key Competencies:

• Strong academic leadership with a strategic mindset
• Excellent research, communication, and collaboration skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Proven ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive academic culture
