Professional UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher at Teradata, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of Agentic AI for enterprise users. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading strategic research initiatives to shape Teradata's next-generation user experiences. - Mentoring junior researchers to foster growth and development within the team. - Setting the vision for how AI-agentic and -augmented tools can transform user interaction with data. - Partnering with Product Management to establish the vision for new SaaS offerings, ensuring that user needs drive product innovation and strategy. - Guiding teams to build and evolve enterprise SaaS products, contributing to the overall success of Teradata in the realm of enterprise AI. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in UX, HCI, applied research, or product R&D, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, or an Advanced degree in a relevant field. - Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance your work. - Deep understanding of SaaS product strategy and execution. - Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. - Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Preferred qualifications that would make you stand out include: - Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively. - Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, particularly with Product Managers, to deliver successful AI-powered or SaaS products. - Impactful contributions to product strategy and innovation. - Advanced facilitation and design thinking skills. - International research leadership and multilingual fluency. - Mastery of research and design tools such as UserTesting, User Interviews, Qualtrics, Figma, Miro, and Pendo.
