Job Description

As a Learning Technology Consultant at Adobe, you will be an integral part of the Customer Onboarding team for Adobe Learning Manager (ALM). Your role will involve working on onboarding projects and serving as the technology advisor to our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs and collaborate with various Adobe teams to provide detailed technology solutions during consulting projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify customer requirements and provide tailored technology solutions - Define system architecture and specifications for hardware/software - Implement and test solutions, provide client training, and deploy solutions effectively - Manage project activities by engaging with company and client leaders, and monitoring schedules - Measure performance based on successful capture of consulting engagements and delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours Qualification Required: - Proven experience in technology consulting or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand and address customer needs effectively - Proficiency in system architecture design and hardware/software specification - Project management skills including schedule monitoring and client communication - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders At Adobe, we are dedicated to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is valued and has equal opportunities to succeed.
