Production Trainee

As a Trainee in the Production Department at our company, your role includes the following responsibilities: - Cleaning the coating machine and the surrounding area on a daily basis. - Pre-checking the coating machine alignment and parameters before starting the coating process. - Verifying the micropipette before initiating the process. - Checking the product Lot no, size, and QC Approval label. - Properly labeling the coating solution before use. - Following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes. - Completing documentation accurately after each process as per ISO standards. - Issuing raw materials required for the Coating Process from the Raw Material store. - Informing the Line Manager in case of any issues or troubleshooting during the coating process.
