Production Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications deployed on AWS cloud platform.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and availability using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement fixes.
  
• Monitor application logs and metrics to identify potential problems before they impact users.
  
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and develop preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or other similar technologies.
  
• Proficiency in SQL querying languages (e.g., MySQL) for data analysis.
  
• Strong understanding of Linux operating system administration.
  
• 4-9 years of experience in Application Production Support or similar role.
