We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: Provide in-depth support to production system considering its criticality. Ensure that the system is getting monitored continuously 24x7 by the shift engineers. Be available for support when any issue occurs outside the working hours. Adherence to the timelines/SLAs on fixing the issues based on priority. Maintaining log of all issue resolution and performing root cause analysis of frequent issues. Alignment of production support team with all the deployments so that there is smooth support by production support team post the deployment completion. Resolution of queries from consuming applications and responding them with the progress updates. Documentation of all information required e.g. consuming applications, APIs etc and publish production dashboard. Attend RCA (root cause analysis) meeting and take the action till closure. Follow up production incident till closure. Manage and lead team Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 8-12 years of experience in IT with 6+ years in production support. Should have solid understanding of production support processes. Experience on IBMi (AS400 iSeries) programming languages CLLE / RPGLE / DB2 /SQL. Experience on integration technologies like Mule will be added advantage. One of the key trait is leading technical team in incident triage and communicate with all levels of stakeholders confidently. ITIL certification will be added advantage. Should have strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. Self-motivated and should be able to work independently. Strong communication skills Adequate knowledge of IBMi Platform like RTC / RDi Experience in monitoring tools like AppDynamics. Basic knowledge of Agile (scrum methodologies) and Service Now Experience in CI/CD pielines and exposure to Arcad and Security control tools like Smart bear Basic Knowledge on Python and Exposure to any of the Cloud technologies like ( AWS /GCP /Azure)
