Production support analyst

Relevant Experience to include:

• Proficiency Linux/Unix Command Line
• Strong & Proficiency in DB2
• Proficiency in MySQL
• Web application support
• Basic to Intermediate Shell Scripts and Pearl Scripts.
• Hands-on Log Analysis, Dashboards, SOAP UI, Monitoring & Alerting
• Development/Software Engineer background
• Hands-on Application Support tools like Kibana, Log monitoring tools, Splunk, Git, Putty, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Azure, DBeaver, Postman etc.
• Experience in Analysis and Defect fixes - L2 Level of Skills.
• Hands-on in SFTP
• Understanding of hospital and/or healthcare systems preferred (Materials Management, Accounts Payable and General Ledger)
• Basic knowledge in Docker.

Required Skills

• College or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Business Administration or another relevant field is desired.
• 3+ years experience in operations support role in eCommerce, retail organization with knowledge of purchase orders and invoices.
• Experience in Incident management
• Experience in Monitoring and Alerting
• Experience in Onboarding and Implementation
• Experience in Dashboards and application support tools.
• Proficiency/fluency of English language, spoken and written Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability. Excellent attention to detail; ability to review and correct own work and quality check documents with speed and accuracy.
• Able to work under a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Expertise in reviewing application error logs.
• Understanding of UI, Cross-browser compatibility, Batch jobs, Message brokers, general web functions and standards
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
