As a Production Support Analyst at Dark Matter Technologies, you will be a key player in the origination technology revolution. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the US/India team to learn and support the product. - Learn and understand the products thoroughly. - Understand client requirements and ensure their satisfaction. - Triage the issues reported for a quick turnaround time. - Execute escalation protocols when necessary. - Contribute as an individual team player with good communication skills. - Adapt to various requirements beyond just supporting. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience. - Experience in a technical client-facing role. - Proficiency in C# or other Microsoft development technologies. - Familiarity with SQL and ability to review .NET code. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
