Production Support

Job Title:

Key Skills:

• Application Production Support (L2 / L3)
  
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and issue resolution
  
• Experience in

  incident, problem & change management

• Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana any)
  
• Basic scripting (Shell / Python) is a plus
  
• Understanding of

  ITIL processes

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for production applications
  
• Monitor applications, jobs, and batch processes
  
• Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes
  
• Handle production issues within SLA timelines
  
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
  
• Perform deployments, hot fixes, and release support
  
• Prepare incident reports and support documentation
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
  
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
  
• Database support experience (Oracle / MySQL / SQL Server)
  
• Banking/Healthcare/E-commerce domain experience (if applicable)
