Production Supervisor(Textiles)

As an Operations Executive / Production Supervisor at our Textile / Manufacturing unit in Erode, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate production, procurement, and inventory operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Your proactive nature coupled with strong leadership, planning, and system implementation skills will be key in excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate purchase activities to ensure timely procurement of raw materials. - Supervise production operations and monitor process efficiency. - Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize shortages and overstock. - Handle manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning. - Ensure implementation of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles. - Maintain vendor coordination and develop strong supplier relationships. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to SOPs. Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S Implementation. - Proficiency in Procurement Management and Vendor Coordination. - Ability to plan, organize, and supervise manpower effectively. - Hands-on experience in production line operations and process control. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - System-driven approach with focus on accuracy and accountability.
