Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Production (preferably in calling process)

Age Limit: 20 – 31 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **Production Supervisor** for our IndiaMART calling process**.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the daily calling team operations for the IndiaMART process.

* Ensure achievement of production and quality targets within timelines.

* Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback or training.

* Maintain reports on daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in **production or calling process supervision**.
• Strong communication skills in **English** (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle team pressure and motivate agents to achieve goals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skil **Working Days & Timing:**

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
