Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at Sporting Syndicate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Production team. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with workers for day-to-day production activities - Assisting the Production Manager in planning and maintaining production data - Ensuring discipline is maintained in the production area - Developing and implementing production schedules to meet deadlines - Communicating effectively with other departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow - Upholding quality standards throughout the production process - Responsible for maintaining ERP entries - Inspecting products before shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record-keeping To excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar position - Understanding the importance of team coordination - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Self-motivation and efficient problem-solving skills - Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a results-driven approach Sporting Syndicate, founded in 1962, is the leading Sporting Goods manufacturer and exporter in India.
