Production Supervisor (Rubber Pneumatic)

As a Production Supervisor with 5 years of experience in Rubber Moulded Industry, your primary responsibility will be to supervise daily production activities on the shop floor to ensure targets are met. You will be required to monitor machine operations, manpower utilization, and production efficiency. Additionally, maintaining records of production, wastage, and downtime will be crucial in this role. Your role also involves ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, as well as coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
