Production Supervisor & Planning Executive

We are a leading manufacturer of modular office furniture with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in role as Production Supervisor & Planning Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure output meets quality and timeline targets.
• Supervise the team on the shop floor, including machine operators .
• Monitor and maintain efficient use of machines like multi boring machine , edge banding, panel saws, and others.
• Ensure adherence to safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.

Production Planning:

• Prepare & execute production schedules based on orders and material availability.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and dispatch teams to align production plans.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Optimize resource utilization for timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain daily production reports and planning documentation.

1) Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in modular furniture manufacturing.

2) Strong knowledge of production machines such as multi-boring, edge banding, CNC, panel saws, etc.

3) Good understanding of material flow and production planning processes.

4) Ability to lead a team and manage deadlines effectively.

5) Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, or production planning tools is a plus.

6) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
