Production Supervisor- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

As a Production Supervisor in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Makshi, Madhya Pradesh, your role will involve supervising daily production operations in compliance with GMP. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising production of tablets, capsules, liquids, or injectables - Ensuring adherence to BMR/BPR and SOPs - Monitoring equipment readiness and maintenance - Coordinating with QA/QC for in-process checks - Maintaining hygiene and discipline on the shop floor - Training staff on GMP, GDP, and safety - Ensuring timely documentation for audits - Handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA - Supporting validation and regulatory compliance - Managing inventory of raw materials and tools To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc in Chemistry or Life Sciences - A valid Manufacturing Chemist License (Form 25/28) - Strong understanding of GMP, Schedule M, and documentation - Experience in team handling and shift operations - Familiarity with audits and data integrity - Communication skills in Hindi and English; leadership skills Preferred attributes include exposure to solid dosage or sterile manufacturing, being process-driven and quality-conscious, and capable of managing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
