Production Supervisor

As a Production Coordinator in our company, your main responsibility will be to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities effectively to meet our production targets and deadlines. You will be required to monitor and supervise production lines to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources. Collaborating with the procurement team will also be part of your duties to ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment necessary for production. Quality control is a crucial aspect of this role, and you will be expected to implement and maintain measures to ensure that our products meet specifications and industry standards. Additionally, training and guiding production staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards will be essential. Identifying and troubleshooting production issues, as well as recommending and implementing corrective actions, will be among your responsibilities. You will also work on optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, will be necessary to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues that may arise. Monitoring and reporting on production performance, including productivity, yield, and quality metrics, will be part of your regular tasks. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the production team will also be crucial. Knowledge of 6S, Kaizen, and CAPA methodologies is highly desirable for this role. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the textile industry. - Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and priorities. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the textile industry.,
