Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: RAI, Sonipat

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day floor operations and production activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shop floor production, warehouse production, and the ability to handle manpower effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shop floor production activities
• Ensure smooth operations and workflow across the production floor
• Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are met
• Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team supervision
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for production flow
• Maintain production records and basic reports using Excel
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
• Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production supervision, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setup
• Strong understanding of floor management and shop floor operations
• Ability to manage and guide a team of workers
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Should be able to work in RAI, Sonipat location

Salary: As per industry standards
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
