Job Title:

Manufacturing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of
100+ candidates
on the shop floor.
Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
Handle recruitment, training, and allocation of manpower as per requirement.
Maintain attendance records and resolve workforce-related issues.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Prepare and maintain reports using
MS Excel
.
Coordinate with HR and management to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Supervisor in manufacturing/production.
Strong knowledge of
Excel (MS Office)
.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle recruitment and manage workforce effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
