Job Description To supervise and manage the daily ice cream production process, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely output. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily ice cream production activities. Ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed. Manage and guide production staff. Coordinate raw material usage with the stores team. Maintain cleanliness of machines and production area. Prepare daily production reports. Report equipment or staff issues to the manager. Requirements: Male candidates only. Diploma or Degree in Food/Dairy Technology or related field. 2–4 years of experience in food production (ice cream preferred). Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Good communication and leadership skills. Willing to work in shifts.
