Job Description

As a Production Supervisor in Dudhi Industries Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes. You will supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules, SOPs, and quality standards. Your role will involve monitoring and controlling production parameters, coordinating with QA/QC for quality checks, maintaining production records, and training workers for operational efficiency and safety. Additionally, you will implement 5S practices, support maintenance planning, and report raw material requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in FRP manufacturing processes. Technical understanding of composite manufacturing, team handling, problem-solving, and process monitoring skills are essential for success in this role. Join us at Dudhi Industries Pvt.
