Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities.
Ensure production targets, quality, and timelines are met.
Manage manpower and workflow efficiently.
Coordinate with design, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
Maintain records, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / B.E. (Mechanical or related field)
3–5 years’ experience in fabrication or related industry
Strong technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills
