Production Supervisor

• Daily Production Planning along with AGM (Factory).
• Co-ordination between stores, packing dispatch for timely dispatch of safe products
• Ensuring Blending is done as per Production plan & as per defined system
• Responsible for suitable controls necessary to prevent blending of un-safe food.
• Responsible for the hygiene & housekeeping in blending area
• Responsible for maintaining quality records related to blending activity.
• Responsible for segregations of conforming & non-conforming products.
• Responsible for identifying training requirement of personnel involved in blending and imparting training
• Responsible for monitoring & implementation of CCP
• Responsible for maintaining and recording quality parameters as required for producing safe product.
• Responsible for maintaining personnel hygiene in their area of work.
• Collect, review, analyze & appropriate action in case of non-conforming products related to Quality deviation & Food safety deviations
• Participate & identify improvement opportunities for the production of the Food safety and Quality of the products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
