Job Opportunity – Supervisor (Corrugation Box Manufacturing)

We Max Packers, a leading manufacturing company specialized in Corrugation Boxes, situated at Village Dhadda, Near Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, are actively looking for a Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the complete production cycle of corrugation boxes.

· Manage and coordinate with workers and contractors on the shop floor.

· Ensure smooth workflow, quality output, and timely production.

· Monitor operations and resolve day-to-day production challenges.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in corrugation box manufacturing is a must.

· Strong knowledge of production processes in the corrugation industry.

· Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Village Dhadda, Near Rama Mandi, Jalandhar
