Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Supervision

• Oversee daily operations of the injection molding and assembly lines.
  
• Ensure that production targets and schedules are met on time.
  
• Monitor and control the production process, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues related to machines, tools, or materials.
  

2. Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians in the department.
  
• Ensure that workers follow proper safety procedures and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
  
• Monitor employee performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  

3. Quality Control

• Ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the molding and assembly processes.
  
• Implement corrective and preventive actions when deviations are found.
  

4. Machine and Equipment Maintenance

• Oversee routine maintenance and calibration of injection molding machines and assembly equipment.
  
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure machinery uptime and proper functioning.
  

5. Inventory and Materials Management

• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  
• Monitor the consumption of materials and ensure efficient usage to minimize waste.
  

6. Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure the team follows safety protocols.
  
• Identify potential hazards and take preventive actions to minimize risk.
  
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.
  

7. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain production reports, including output, downtime, quality issues, and employee attendance.
  
• Report progress and issues to the Production Manager.
  
• Prepare reports on performance, safety, and quality for management review.
