· Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in various duties, such as unloading scrap material, sorting different grades of scrap.
· Supervise a staff of approximately five to ten production employees, providing daily direction of work to be performed and setting daily production goals.
· Monitor inventory of yard supplies
· Scrap removal arrangements.
· Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one.
· Timely pickup of material.
· Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
· Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
· Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
· Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Direct Walk-ins are not allowed. Only Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for interview.
Candidate Should be from Penukonda & nearby villages.
