Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of production workers involved in the production process of Bitzer compressors.
Responsible for physically repair and assemble compressors.
Ensure that production targets, schedules, and quality standards are met within the assigned production guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance their skills and foster a positive team culture. Provide ongoing technical support and training on key production processes (e.g., Bunker, Leakage, Vacuum, Oil Charge, Run Test).
Maintain accurate records of production activities, tracking team performance and submitting regular production reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the Green Point Head.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure availability of raw materials and components needed for production.
Experience in production supervision, with at least 5 years in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
