Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical), B.Tech (Mechanical) Notice Period: 15 Days, 1Month or 2 Months Required Skills: Experience into Tyres, Tube or Rubber industry PCR production Extrusions and Curing Responsibilities Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets. Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality, maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.Maintain and improve product quality by enforcing quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality protocols. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
