Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and control motor production processes including component machining, stator/rotor assembly, winding, varnishing, testing, and dispatch readiness while ensuring quality, safety, and target achievement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Oversee end-to-end production of motors manufacturing process
• Allocate and manage manpower and material for below Stage of works in Production
• Winding ,VPI and Testing, Assembly ,Painting and ,Packing
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved without any gap.
• Coordinate with internal departments Stores, QA, Purchase ,HR ,Design etc
• Ensure Maintenance activity carried out as per procedures
• Review ,Monitor and report daily production performance to Production Head and Management.
• Ensure quality compliance, Safety regulation by following SOP, Work Instructions, and IMS standards.
• Train operators on process improvements and safety.

Report daily status to HOD.
