Job Description

Job Role:

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and quality expectations.
To ensure production with teams in manufacturing of:

Triple Offset Butterfly Valves (TOBV)
Double Offset Butterfly Valves
Globe Valves High Pressure
Gate Valves High Pressure
Check Valves High Pressure
Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves

Ensure compliance with API and other industry standards.
Monitor production KPIs – productivity, efficiency, and downtime.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to resolve production issues.
Implement process improvements and support lean manufacturing practices.
Maintain documentation and reports related to production and safety.

Candidate Profile:

Education:
DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
5–10 years in a similar role within an API-approved industrial valve manufacturing environment.
Technical Expertise:
Strong working knowledge in manufacturing of
above specified valves
and complex assemblies.
Skills:
Team leadership, production planning, troubleshooting, adherence to international quality standards.
